We recognize that all of our patients are unique and deserve to receive dental care that reflects their individual needs. Our experienced and talented dental team is committed to working with you and your family to create a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding dental experience every time you visit our practice. We are pleased to welcome you and your family, and we look forward to working with you.
As office manager, I am responsible for seeing that our patients receive the finest customer service possible, from first phone call to the wave goodbye! When not providing excellent customer service, I am responsible for the operation of the practice: I am the finance coordinator, the insurance coordinator, the compliance officer, the accounts receivable manager, the HR person, and the plant manager. I am also responsible for setting the calendars for the office around Dr. Hall’s ADA schedule. It’s a full plate, but I wouldn’t have it any other way! We have a happy doctor and a happy team, and they make coming to work every day a joy!
My life outside the office is spent with my husband and our five children, twelve grandchildren, and three rescue dogs Happy, Sparky, and Ollie.
I am one of the first people our patients meet when they come into the office. I welcome patients with a smile, verify that their information is up to date, schedule future appointments, and gather insurance information. I make it my goal to treat each all of our patients with the kindness and respect that they deserve. Our practice works hard to provide a friendly, inviting, and comfortable atmosphere for our patients; one that makes them feel welcome and appreciated. Our dental team is like a family to me. After my son Jackson was born, he came to the office with me every day and “grew up” in the office!
I am native Abilenian as is my husband, Zack. He is the head track coach at Hardin-Simmons University. We have a son, Jackson, born in 2010 and daughter, Laura, born in 2012. I love any and all time spent with my family!
I am thankful for my upbringing as a child of an Air Force dentist. It instilled in me the importance of patient care from a young age, and the values I learned stay with me today. I began my formal journey into dentistry in 1971 when I graduated from the University of Texas-School of Dental Hygiene in Houston, TX. From there, I worked in several dental offices before finally joining Dr. Hall in 1990. These past 25 years have been fantastic! I’ve really enjoyed building long-term relationships with my patients and working with an outstanding team each and every day.
I have been married for 40+ years to my husband, David. We have two dogs, one of which is a pet therapy dog. I enjoy shooting and am involved with the Abilene Woman’s Shooting Club as Treasurer.
In the 34 years I’ve worked in dentistry, I have worked in pediatrics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, as well as this general dentistry office. I can confidently say that Dr. Hall and our staff are some of the best! The last ten years I’ve spent as a part of this team have shown me how wonderful a job can be when everyone works together toward the same goals. As one of our dental assistants, it is my pleasure to help Dr. Hall provide excellent care to our patients. I am also cross-trained to work in the front office, where I take care of scheduling appointments and filing payments. Regardless of where I am in the office, I am dedicated to building trust and friendships with our patients, especially those who are fearful of coming to the dentist.
In my free time, I love doing anything outdoors that involves sunshine and the beach. My husband, Shane, and I have two sons, Kyle and Seth, and a granddaughter Iyana; they keep us very busy!
I graduated from Midwestern State University in 1979 and began working in dentistry right after I completed hygiene school. My favorite thing about being a hygienist is getting to know the patients who come to see me and helping them have beautiful smiles.
I started working in Dr. Hall's office in 2011. I look forward to my Mondays at Dr. Hall's because I love being a part of his happy, enthusiastic, and energetic dental team. It's my job to be sure my patients' teeth are cleaned, polished, and flossed, and to educate them about how to keep their mouths healthy.
My husband Steven and I have been married for 38 years. We live in Abilene with our sweet, big dog Wrigley. We have one grown son, Wes.
