In the office of Glen D. Hall, DDS, we offer high quality dental care at a reasonable price. Below you will find insurance and payment information. Dental insurance
Although we are not networked with any insurance companies, we are happy to accept and file yours for you provided your plan allows you to choose your own dental provider. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
Other options:
- CareCredit: Apply online (www.carecredit.com) or in our office. Care Credit is an out of office finance plan that has been working well to help our patients pay for their dental work.
- First Finance from First Financial Bank: We can assist you with the application at the office or go to FFIN.com.
PATIENT BILLING
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at Abilene Office Phone Number(325) 698-7560. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
